Our workplace training delivery is tailored to meet your individual needs
A Traineeship is similar to an Apprenticeship. The trainee engages in structured on the job workplace training that leads to a Nationally Recognised Qualification. The nominal duration is usually one year full-time or two years part-time. Traineeships are available in a wide range of industries and occupations that traditionally do not have an Apprenticeship process.
Through our partnership with many highly respected and specialised Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), Direction Employment and Training (DET) are able to deliver specialised training and skills development packages to train workers to the highest industry standards, resulting in nationally accredited qualifications.
